She began her career in the insurance industry with a major insurance company beginning as a sales agent and eventually being promoted to field manager. Urszula became an expert in the field of medical coverage and benefits while serving seniors and individuals in need of help. Susan grew up in Lewiston, Idaho, and attended the University of Idaho where she received Bachelor's degrees in music and home economics in 1986-87. She enjoys singing in her church and community choirs, attending Bible studies, and serving on the planning committee for the "Columbia Basin Women's Connection" group.
